Jackie has over 12 years experience in the fitness industry, holding certifications with AFAA, Les Mills, BeachBody, TRX and more. Her background as a group fitness director, dancer and personal trainer all come into play in the design of her signature multi-faceted group exercise classes. Jackie's endless energy and enthusiasm, combined with her passion for helping clients achieve results, make her one of the best trainers around!

Amber is a member of AFAA and holds certifications in POUND and TurboKick. Her dance and performance background, including her time as a member and captain of New England Patriots Cheerleaders, comes through in her teaching style. Expect high energy and positive motivation from any class that Amber teaches.

Lisa holds certifications with AFAA, Schwinn Cycle, LesMills, Kettlebell, Senior Fit and more. Drawing on years of experience as a fitness professional and a degree in occupational therapy, her classes are as effective as they are challenging. Lisa's smile and positive energy are known to inspire and motivate clients through even the toughest of workouts!

Jennifer has been training and motivating clients through group exercise and personal training for 20 years. Her energetic and uplifting approach, along with her impressive repertoire of certifications and specialties provide clients with amazing results. Pilates, kettle bells, cycle, boxing, ballet fitness, barre, step, bootcamp and kickboxing are just some of of the class types that Jen has mastered. Be ready for a complete, full body workout from a true pro!

Jen has over 8 years experience as a fitness trainer and aerobics instructor, including time spent in NYC training TV personalities for NBC studios. Utilizing training from AFAA and Les Mills, Jen specializes in boot camp style (HIIT/Tabata) classes. She has a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Education and Exercise Science as well as a Masters in Teaching, so expect great form and direction. Jen is our early bird instructor, but she brings tons of energy along no matter how early in the day the class starts!

Rebekah has been teaching many forms of group exercise classes for over 3 years. Pilates, step, maxout, Zumba, and barre are just some of the formats that she specializes in. With a strong dance background and a BA in dance performance, Rebekah brings plenty of strength and grace to every class.

Amy began her yoga journey in 2007 while playing tennis at Providence College. When scoliosis and a lack of stretching began to take their toll on her back, she turned to yoga. She quickly learned that yoga was not just saying “OM” and meditating (although sometimes that’s needed!). Learning that yoga could also be an athletic and vigorous exercise, linking the body and the breath, ignited her passion and in 2015 she became a 200 hour yoga teacher. She has taught at hot yoga studios, gyms and group private lessons in both VA and RI, but LOVES her CRUSHMATES and the awesome energy (and laughs!) they bring to her Wednesday night class!!
