Are you 60 or older looking for a fitness community?
Our senior program focuses on aging gracefully to be independent and active! Strength, coordination, balance, functional movement, and community are the focus. All levels are welcome as long as you are healthy enough to start an exercise program. No experience necessary, just the desire to be the healthiest version of yourself!
