Here is what you will get:

  • 5 new workouts per week

  • 2 Full Body 50 min workouts

  • 3 Interval  30 min workouts 

  • workouts will coincide with a weekly objective to keep you on track

  • access to our virtual community group to stay connected with other members and coaches about virtual classes and all things Crush

Here is what you will need:

  • dumbbells ranging is size from 2- 10 lbs

  • mini bands in different resistances 

  • mat 

*heavier weights may be used depending on your fitness level but may not be needed if you are just starting out!
